In the practical work,IPD project participants will put forward the cooperation scheme of different projects according to their own interests. And each participant's decision will have an impact on the final project performance, but also affects the team's cooperation satisfaction. What kind of projects and methods the whole team should adopt and what degree of cooperation has reached is a crucial role for the effective implementation of the mode of IPD. Therefore, only having a highly cooperation satisfaction among team members, can realize the optimal of team performance. At the same time, a team can only gain advantage and achieve superior performance when it has the right capabilities. Dynamic Capability, as the method to measure the team competitive advantage, is the ability that a team needs to response to the external dynamic environment. This dissertation aims to develop the capability model of IPD team and explore the influence of each capability on cooperation satisfaction based on the literature, interview and questionnaire survey. Results indicate that dynamic capabilities of IPD team are classified as four components, which are capability of resource absorption, capability of resource integration, capability of decision optimization and capability of trust-based communication, and have strong positive influence on cooperation satisfaction. At last, researches have been conducted to analyze the impact of each dynamic capability on team satisfaction based on the theory of evolutionary game theory.
