With the rapid development of mobile internet area, the quantity of smart mobile devices also keep increasing, emerging technologies have begun to affect every aspect of our daily life. Mobile Taxi APP was born in this background, using information superiority to solve the information asymmetry between passengers and taxi drivers. To some extent relieves the urban citizens’ problem——’difficult to get a taxi’.Mobile Taxi APP together with relatively large scale of users, has the high value in the mobile commerce field and considerable commercial potency. Although the Mobile Taxi APP has great promise, but it is still in the market cultivation and improvement stage. How to effectively promote, improve users satisfaction, enhance users stickiness are the problems need the taxi software service providers to face and solve.Mobile Taxi APP is one of emerging applications in recent years. Until now, researches on this field, customer satisfaction theory and empirical are almost blank. This paper reviews the related theories of consumption experience and customer satisfaction, deep read the related researches on the field of public transportation, internet products’ satisfaction subject, analysis on the satisfaction evaluation of SCSB, ACSI, CCSI and other classic model, combined with the characteristics of Mobile Taxi APP, introducing four new latent variables: ’the support of the system’,’usefulness’,’entity service’,’the safety’, to construct the evaluation model, sets up the questions for the research questionnaire, carries on the questionnaire survey. Uses SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 17.0 to analyze and verify the model of the Mobile Taxi APP Users satisfaction, further optimizes the model, draws the conclusion and gives the relevant suggestions.The research results show that:’The support of the system’ influences users satisfaction and users loyalty most, a convenient, fast, efficient system can significantly increase the degree of satisfaction and other latent variables. ’Entity service affects the users satisfaction indirectly through ’perceived value.’Usefulness’ impacts the users satisfaction directly. Users satisfaction has significant influence on customer loyalty.
