In recent years, China’s tourism market has developed rapidly, and especially, the scale of online travel market grow up fastest. Within the online travel industry rapid development, change in the process of cluster, the gradual rise of the mobile terminal is one of the most significant feature. Recently, the growth of 4G network and smart phone users, as well as the major OTA, provide customized services to promote the development of mobile Internet in the field of online travel market.Nowadays with keen competition and rapid change of OTA, tourists’travel habits changed by the mobile APP can’t be ignored. And also,the great effect to the future development of the online travel industry is reflected by the times of download of the application of online travel products. The development process of mobile APP will continue to occupy an important position in the online travel industry in the future. For the online travel service provider, improving design of mobile phone app is significant. Continuously optimizing the experience of online travel service will also become an important part in every big OTA’s future strategy.Mobile phone APP software is a new application in recent years, the theoretical and empirical research on the user satisfaction for mobile APP is almost blank. This paper reviews the evolution of related theory of consumer satisfaction degree and users’ satisfaction index model, consisting of SCSB, ACSI, CCSI and other user satisfaction index evaluation method, combining the results of studies on customer satisfaction index for different kinds of industry, with the actual characteristics of the tourism industry, satisfaction assessment model for tourism mobile app user is constructed, with elements like "perceived performance" "safety", "perceived value", "customer satisfaction", "customer loyalty" as the main variable, using SPSS the 23.0 software to analyze and validate the questionnaire. Finally, the paper draws the conclusion and puts forward relevant suggestions.
