As deep-going of financial innovation, developing of network technique, perfection of electronic payment, all these changes make Intermediary Business becoming a new increasing of profit and becoming more and more important flowing deposit business and loan business. Therefore commercial banks expand intermediary Business is essential. However in domestic banking there only has a short space of time to develop Intermediary Business, and also have a lot of problems. How to solve the issues in developing Intermediary Business, complete the rules of developing and promote Intermediary Business rising are becoming an essential research to the commercial banks. Competition in the domestic banking sector has been heating up, the troubles and shortages in commercial banks Intermediary Business strategies have been emerged, Including the shortage of Intermediary Business products; efficiency of customer marketing; vague of aim marketing; weakness of venture management.This paper is divided into seven parts. For the current situation in Intermediary Business development and problems of Bank of China, Gansu Branch, by the in-depth analyzing of internal and external marketing environment, the article proposes customer base marketing strategy based on 4C theory, and finds the measures to stabilize the old customers, attract new customers and to the specific measures to ensure the industry’s competitive advantage. In the course of the research, the use of management, finance, organizational behavior, statistics and other disciplines of knowledge theory, using both theoretical and empirical analysis of the way, problems in the study of qualitative and quantitative analysis to combination of methods. The paper employs basic knowledge of the Management, Finance, Organizational Behavior and Statistics, pays equal attention to methods of theoretical research and empirical analysis and combines the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis on specific problems in particular.
