It is known to all that family enterprises is one of oldest business form all over the world. They play an indispensable and important role in the National Economy. However, family business is not good as expected. Many Family enterprises seem only to survive within three generations, domestic or abroad. The study on heritage mode of family enterprise is a hot and difficult point in Enterprise Management study, domestic and abroad. This paper makes a study based on the principle to search the effective heritage mode family enterprise.By consulting and processing the related literature and data to synthesize the analysis, this paper gives detailed analysis and explanation to the concept, characteristics, related typical heritage theory, main-steam heritage mode of family enterprise, and the influence factors of different heritage mode. General current conditions and shortcomings in current study are revealed for family enterprise heritage. Furthermore, explain the key points of this paper; By taking domestic family enterprise RQ as a typical example, this paper confirms the influence factors, analyzes the specific implementation plans and whole process, and finds out the effective and ineffective aspects in the RQ heritage mode. And on the base of the research achievements of domestic and foreign experts, this paper puts forward new optimizing ideas. The paper finally gives the study result:family enterprise should find its scientific way of enterprise heritage to obtain long term sustainable development. And a creative mode is a feasible option which combines Family member, professional manager, scientific mechanism and Corporate cohesive culture like RQ conditions. On the condition of inheriting undertaking, build up a scientific mechanism for training, monitoring and encouraging the successor. Create a professional and royal team by internal cultivation and external introduction. Build a modern enterprise manage system which can balance the organization structure, general operation, encouragement, supervision and coordination between members. Supplementarily, corporate culture system will enhance the cohesion within the family enterprise. And this will help to obtain a stronger life force in stages, to accomplish a long-lasting undertaking.The study may be helpful to carry out improvement measures in the RQ case. It also provides useful considerations such as successful experience, creative ideas which may be useful for other enterprise. It has double significances in both theory and reality.
