Construction And Application Of Performance Evaluation System Of International Engineering Project Based On Bsc Theory

In recent years, the international engineering contracting enterprises industry is faced with more and stronger market competitions. And enterprises have to attach importance to improving the project performance to maintain the long-term competitive ability. Then, establish scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system is the key to improve project performance.Consequently, an international engineering project performance evaluation system is established in this study, emphasizing both financial and non-financial factors, short-term and long-term interests, based on Balanced Scorecard theory. The main research contents in this article are described as follows:Firstly, the research status of project performance evaluation is reviewed. Secondly, the related theories of international engineering project performance evaluation are summarizes. Including:the concept and connotation of performance, performance evaluation; the main content of traditional performance evaluation approach; performance evaluation process based on the Balanced Scorecard; characteristics of international engineering project and its performance evaluation. Thirdly, the Balanced Scorecard theory is depicted. The basic conception and management process of BSC are detailed descried. The 4 major factors of the Balanced Scorecard are analyzed. Fourthly, the evaluation system of international engineering project performance based on balanced scorecard is constructed. The design principles of the Balanced Scorecard are elaborated. The framework of classic Balanced Scorecard is described. The project performance evaluation index system is desired based on BSC framework, and the weight information of each key performance indicator are get based on AHP.Finally, a case study is given, and a comprehensive evaluation model based on grey relational analysis method is built.The results show that the international project performance evaluation system established in this paper has the advantages of easy operation and scientific conclusion. So this system has the certain application value.
