In recent years,the Chinese government has accelerated the pace of economic construction and opening to the outside world,greatly improved the living conditions of residents,and promoted the development of all walks of life,including the real estate industry as a typical representative.Steady progress in our country city urbanization and industrialization,more and more types and quantity of construction,not only increase the competitive pressure between the construction enterprises,but also influenced the development of the construction industry.By the interaction of a variety of internal and external factors,the current construction industry is still relatively low,the efficiency of construction engineering quality,not on time slower recovery of funds and other issues,seriously hindering the optimization and upgrading of construction industry.The project manager is an important part of the construction project,is to coordinate the operation of the entire project managers,is the person in charge of the project,a greater emphasis on performance management of project manager,to fully aware of its responsibility,reasonable supervision and guide the project manager in accordance with the project completed on schedule,and then decreased the cost of the project investment,play the role of human resource management on the maximum extent,avoid the construction risks caused by the project manager,the construction enterprises must think and solve the problem.At present,there are many researches on the performance evaluation of construction enterprises,performance management,performance assessment and other issues,but most of the literature is from the construction of the whole enterprise,mainly carries on the analysis and suggestions for improvement according to the existing performance evaluation system of construction enterprises,not much research on the performance evaluation of the project manager.In this paper,the construction enterprises of our country as the research scope,in order to evaluate the performance of the project manager job management system focuses on the related theories,constructs a hierarchy of needs,based on the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation system,taking X company as an example,analyzes the evaluation index of the evaluation system in the,and the effect of implementation are described.Is the main content of this paper includes three aspects:(1)analysis of history and current situation of domestic and international performance evaluation system development,analysis of construction enterprises at home and abroad research status of construction manager performance evaluation management system;(2)study evaluates the current situation of application of project management system of China's construction enterprise managers' performance,exist in the performance appraisal of the construction enterprise project manager in question;(3)evaluate the project management system of China's construction enterprises manager performance problems,puts forward the solving measures.Specifically,first of all,the background and significance of the construction enterprise project manager performance evaluation research as the foundation,with the help of the Internet,library and other ways,collecting and sorting out the performance management information,to form a literature review to understand the current research status at home and abroad,and lay a solid foundation for research development;secondly,from the definition,project the construction enterprise manager competency requirements,work tasks and responsibilities of the significance of performance management of project managers,problem analysis and application advantages of this mode of existence;then,take X company as an example,from the system design principle,system construction,performance evaluation,performance evaluation process and other aspects of a comprehensive introduction "the performance evaluation system of management Maslow needs + Balanced Scorecard Principle;finally,analyzing the" Maslow principle + demand balance meter The feasibility and application of the performance evaluation system of management card ",in order to provide reference for the performance management of construction enterprises in the project manager,to enhance the construction quality at the same time,enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises,promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
