Search On The Incentive Mechanism Of Waste Material Logistics Management System In Industrial Park

Industrial park is not only the main source of regional economic development, but also the main sources of regional pollution.Sustained and healthy development of the industrial park needs the development of waste material logistics, to alleviate and eliminate the pollution of industrial solid waste.The dispose and utilization of waste in industrial park needs government, enterprises(including the production enterprise and industrial waste treatment enterprises) and public’s support and cooperation, especially the waste disposal corporations in the Industrial parks,which play an important role in waste comprehensive treatment.To encourage waste disposal corporations to actively participate in Waste disposal, the government has issued a series of encouraging and preferential policies. Due to the relevant policies and regulations are not perfect, policies and measures to implement are not strict, and effective compensation mechanisms are lacking, influencing the enthusiasm of waste disposal corporations in the Industrial parks. In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of waste disposal corporations and develop waste material logistics, conducting the research about the incentive mechanism of Industrial waste material logistics management system,which core is waste recycle and disposal, is necessary.Firstly, by consulting relevant domestic and foreign literature, the paper analyzes its achievements and shortcomings,and clears the research purpose,the research content,and the countermeasures to the key problems.Secondly,on the basis of waste material logistics theory and principal-agent theory,the paper builds the incentive model of government and enterprises.Respectively according to under the condition of complete information and incomplete information, the paper solves the model and gets government incentive mechanism implementation strategy for the development of the leader enterprise under different circumstances,the paper selects the Waste oil processing of Chongqing Tongxing industrial park as an example,to verify the model.Finally,this paper constructs the incentive mechanism of the industrial park waste material logistics management system,to promote the effective operation of the incentive mechanism.
