XDPIE web is an online entrepreneurship of tourism industry, aimed at providing a simple,efficient one-stop solutions for road users though integrate the large data and location-based services(LBS).With the improvement of our life, the car ownership grows rapidly, more and more people chose self-drive for their trip, it is becoming popular, but driving is a complicated thing, although domestic market has a lot of online travel sites, but these sites cannot solve problem of how to travel in whole trip. Such as making travel plans, abnormal road conditions and attractions when travelling, travel share are separate, users need to spend a lot of time and effort to complete this series of work, so a product is need urgently to solve these pain points.First, the article analyzed and summarized the well-known online travel sites, generalized the advantages and characteristics, distinguished the targeted markets and user groups, reorganized their current problems and the ways they solve the problems. Finally it found these online travel sites cannot solve the core issue of how to play, users also need to spend a lot of manpower and material resources to prepare before travel, and the sites fails to help users solve problems in the travel, it is also not convenient to share the trip after travel.Second, the paper introduced the situation of product development and user usage at present in XDPIE, it continue to analyse user needs deeply, from users, terminals, lifecycle,those three dimensions to analyse and design products to meet needs of users at all levels, essentially solve the users core demands.Then the paper gave a brief introduction of market sizes and business models of XDPIE, it also analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of business model and operation mode one by one.Last, the paper proposed an operational measures in technologies and marketing to complete the core requirements, demonstrated the feasibility of Web development, developed financial objectives, and identified the risk and proposed effective solutions for risk.
