As the society is stepping into the era of experience economy, smart tourism was born following the personalized requirement. Smart tourism is a new concept focus on the tourism experience promotion. It is necessary to study how to improve tourist experience using smart technologies, so that more efficient and appropriate measures can be taken and make a contribution to tourism experience promotion.In this study, tourism experience was divided into three types, and then made analysis of tourism experience requirement in the six major area of tourism, with setting up the model of tourism experience generation. This study selected major smart tourism phenomenon that can meet tourist experience requirement. Here the author gives specific idea of how smart tourism is contributing to tourist experience and builds up a model. SPSS was used to handle the questionnaire survey statistic from the Forbidden City online research. It turns out that the tourism experience generation related smart tourism measures are qualified to improve tourist experience. Based on the analysis, advices are given for both government and tourism related corporations. |
