With the development of international trade, regional economic integration and the deepening of economic globalization, China should accelerate the pace of economic growth pattern, and take the road of sustainable development, the establishment of the "China-Japan-South Korea Free Trade Area "is a good opportunity for developing China’s economy. The FTA negotiations has been officially launched, What negotiations should curse in the area of services trade is the main object of this study. Propose appropriate countermeasures by comparative analysis of the competitiveness of the services industry in Japan and South Korea, to provide some reference to market access negotiations on trade in services.This article is based on the official website of the WTO, United Nations Service Trade Information Network, the China Statistical Yearbook and China’s Ministry of Commerce from2001to2010’s trade services’ data. Analyzed the level of development on the service industry in China, Japan and Korea. Establish the TC index, RCA index and export similarity index,analyzed the competitive strength of the major service industries in China, Japan and South Korea, and to analyze the impact of different factors of competitiveness of service trade in China, Japan and Korea, finally, proposed countermeasures to deal with trade in services negotiations.The results showed that, it’s quickly developed that China’s service industry, but there is still a large gap compared with Japan and South Korea. China, Japan and South Korea trade in services do not have any advantages in competitiveness in the international community. From the view of competitive in various service industries, China’s travel services and computer information services have a greater advantage in the three countries, Japan in insurance services and royalties and license have competitiveness, South Korea in the transport, communications, construction, financial and other industries have a greater advantage.
