Unraveling The Impact Of SHRM Practices On Individual Innovation Performance In A Co

Since the 21st century arrives, huge potential and capacity of Chinese market attract global attention. Increasingly overseas companies set China as one main target market, which increase the pressure of Chinese market competition, promoting the importance of innovation in different industries, especially to semiconductor companies. And these companies’core value usually includes innovation to express its importance. Besides, the whole innovation performance are based on individual innovation, thus the research will focus on the influence mechanism of individual innovation performance, involving the role of SHRMP (Strategic Human Research Management Practices) and organizational innovation climate.Previous research showed that certain SHRM Practices can influence organizational innovation, but their conclusions didn’t align with each other, which means the mechanism is still in "Black Box". Organizational innovation climate, as the widespread existence in companies, can promote innovation ability, behavior and result indeed, which has been proved. But less research link SHRM practices and organizational innovation climate to research their influence on individual innovation performance. This research aims at exploring the relationship among them.After the interview and questionnaire survey to A co., the research shows that conducting extensive training, performance appraisal and employee award can significantly promote individual innovation performance, and organizational innovation climate can act as part and partial mediation to improve organizational innovation performance.
