Research Study On Tne Marketing Strategy To Attract Foreign Investments Of The First Mongolian Industrial Technology Park Sainshand

Mongolia began to pay attention to industrial development in recent years, in order to develop industry conducted a series of reforms, the implementation and development of mineral resources in the development of industry, and gradually promote the industrialization process, and promote economic development through industrialization. Currently, Mongolia support the mining industry, mining industry by bringing the pot of gold and foreign capital to the progressive development of the manufacturing industry. Therefore, proposed the construction of Sainshand industrial park of national development strategies implemented in 2008 Outline of Mongolia National Development Plan millennium. Sainshand industrial park development plan gradually implemented in several stages, the eventual establishment of the promotion of industrial manufacturing. Since 2012 the overall plan, the next 20 years will invest $ 11 billion, Sainshand industrial park to establish coke plants, steel mills, oil refineries, gas plants coal, iron ore particles of chemical plants, heating plants refining Tongchang and other mining plant. Mongolia attaches great importance to attract foreign investment in recent years to promote the national economy by foreign capital, and developed a lot of favorable laws and policies to attract investment Under this premise, the analysis clearly industrial parks to attract investment conditions is very important, can effectively absorb foreign investment, and ultimately to promote economic development of the country. Therefore, how to improve the SainshandIndustrial Park financing environment, better able to attract foreign investment and better use of foreign capital, is the core issue of government departments concerned.In this paper, a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, literature, comparative analysis, statistical analysis and other methods to study Mongolia Sainshand Industrial Park direct foreign capital problems. Reviewed by the relevant regional investment and foreign capital theory and the work of their predecessors have done, to attract investment conditions Sainshand Industrial Park, a feasibility analysis of the strengths and weaknesses through Mongolia Sainshand regions empirical analysis eventually given for Sainshand industrial park to attract investment -related countermeasures and suggestions. Also SWOT analysis was done on Sainshand factory complex to get in depth information about the investment environment analysis, suitable marketing plan on attracting investors and strategy planning. On the basis of the comparison of international and local research papers and marketing theories and methods on attracting investors, Sainshand factory complex investment’s current situation was analyzed through SWOT analysis (strength, weakness, opportunity, threat). Based on the SWOT analysis results, the appropriate strategy planning on attracting investors and methods and ways to resolve the issues of the investment environment were found.This dissertation has 6 sections consisting of:(1) introduction, research objectives, research methods, local and international research analysis, limitations on lack of research studies; (2) international investment theories, marketing theories, country’s development, business evolution theories; (3) the introduction to the current environment and situation of Sainshand factory complex, general procedure planning and strategy, the research and SWOT analysis on issues facing Sainshand complex and its possible method and ways to resolve them; (4) strategy on attracting investment described in details; (5) procedures and steps on achieving the strategy plan for attracting investors; (6) conclusion.
