Research On Investment Problems Based On China-Malysia Qinzhou Industrial Park

Since the reform and opening up, The rapid development of China’s industrial parks, have a positive effect on local employment and economic growth, the industrial parks have also obtain a lot of experience related investment. The focus of China’s economic development economic development goals have changed from the rapid development of the economy into the transformation of economic development mode in the new era. The national macro-control tend to maintain steady growth and committed to the adjustment of industry Structure, therefore innovative industrial park investment pattern is in an urgent need. China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park is the third industrial park after China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park and the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City. The investment work of newly established China-Malaysia Qinzhou industrial park is still in the initial stage and the outcome is not obvious. The development of Qinzhou industrial park is closely related to China’s economic development as well as to the development of CAFTA. This article will explore how to form investment patterns of Qinzhou characteristics and adapt to the new situation on the basis of other industrial park with mature experience such as Suzhou Industrial Park.The purpose of this paper is probing a new model of investment learning from the past investment achievements of China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park. The Author try to find out the issues relate to investment of China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park through visiting and think out of the measures that can be taken.
