Research On The Financing Management Of Fengchengdong High Railway Station Supporting Project

In order to assist construction of Shenyang to Dandong passenger dedicated line, to ensure that the passenger rail network in Liaoning Province build smoothly, to promote the development of regional economy in Fengchengdong station, ensure smooth traffic and normal operation, improve the living environment of residents in Caohe economic development zone, lead by the local government, the construction of the Fengchengdong station High-speed Rail square and the surrounding infrastructure implementation were built. The national macroscopic current economic environment is not good now, local government debt management more standard and budget management system is more and more perfect. It is difficult to use the traditional financing mode. The government needs to overcome all these obstacles, find new funding channels and ways for major projects of the government.This paper first expounds the background and significance of the research topic, and then introduces the research ideas and methods. The main body of the thesis introduces the general situation of the Fengchengdong station high-speed rail square and the surrounding infrastructure construction project, making detailed requirement analysis of the project, summarizes the characteristics of the project demand. And then, this paper makes an analysis of alternative financing body. On this basis, comparing several conventional financing mode, combined with national policy, the financing mode of PPP is introduced. This article analyzes the advantages of PPP financing mode.When doing analysis of project financing modes, this paper also doing some risk warning, proposed safeguard measures for the PPP financing mode. Provides guidance and reference for Fengcheng city major infrastructure and public service construction projects in the future financing.
