The Research On The Industrial Structure Optimization Of Henan Province Based On Sustainable Development

Sustainable development is still the theme of the world today and is the marker of economic development. At present, in many areas of our country, the development of the economy has to face the contradiction between sustainable development and the extensive energy-intensive, highly polluting industries. However, to solve this contradiction, it need to focus the economic on the adjustment of economic structure, especially on the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure. Therefore, in the process of modernization, we can no longer walk the old way of development that only pays attention to the number of economic growth, not considering the resource utilization and environmental protection, and need sustainable development, by means of the optimization of industrial structure, in order to make the economic, society and environment coordinated development. Henan Province as a big agricultural and populous province in our country, is facing the pressure of the land, the resources, the ecology and the environment, which is greater than that of the national average. The relatively insufficient resources and the fragile ecological environment, have become the prominent problems affecting sustained and rapid economic development of Henan Province, which is more and more obvious for the restriction of economic and social development, and has been the grim situation. Therefore, the research on the adjustment of industrial structure for sustainable development, finding out the problems existing in the industrial structure in Henan Province has important significance for the guidance of the readjust the industrial structure of Henan Province.This paper sums the related literature about the relationship about industrial structure optimization and sustainable development at home and abroad, and analyses their inner link and influence factors. Based on previous research results, defining sustainable development as the sustainable development of economic and social, the problem of energy and environmental issues, puts forward the basic requirement of the sustainable development for the industrial structure optimization, namely, sustained economic growth, full employment, energy conservation and emissions reduction, innovation drive and based on the investment in fixed assets. According to the requirements indicators of sustainable development, setting economic growth as the objective function, and other requirements as constraint conditions, constructs the industrial structure optimization model. On this basis, taking Henan Province as the research object, combined with 2005 to 2012 data from nine industries, and using the industrial structure optimization model, predicts the optimal value of the industrial structure of Henan Province in 2020. Combined with the forecast results, the evaluation index of industrial optimization is established to analyze the degree of industrial structure optimization. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper puts forward countermeasures of the industrial structure adjustment based on the sustainable development.
