With the rapid development of economy, each big enterprise demand for talents is becoming increasingly fierce. Talent is the core competitiveness of enterprise development to promote the driving force and source of the long-term development of enterprises.However, At this stage, Xintai Elevator Company staff turnover problem is serious, bring great difficulty to the enterprise operation and development. Therefore, the study of Xintai Elevator Company staff teacher turnover issues is of great practical significance for increasing corporate competitiveness, enhancing company strengths, and pushing the sustainable development of corporate.This paper combined with the actual situation of Xintai Elevator Company, analyzes the status quo and the existing reasons of Xintai Elevator Company employee attrition, and it proposes to improve the strategy of the loss of Xintai Elevator Company.
