Knowledge plays an important role in the era of knowledge-driven economy as a form of resources. How to improve the intellectual capital and access to the competition advantage through knowledge sharing becomes the focus of theoretical and practical circles. The efforts that enterprises dedicated to the fulfillment of knowledge sharing can be divided into two aspects:one is the construction of information platform from technical view; one is the construction of enterprise culture from cultural perspective. But the research on the implementation of knowledge sharing from the perspective of job itself is rare, what’s more, the demand for self-realization is increasing sharply, so improving the professional’s charm to incentive employees will be more significant. Another problem existing in the research is the cultural factors affecting the knowledge sharing mostly comes from study abroad, the research from the perspective of peculiar guanxi instead of individualism and collectivism, may be more fit the actual of Chinese enterprises.Based on the theoretical and practical background above, to clarify the impact of job itself and local environment on knowledge sharing and guide the knowledge sharing in the enterprises, this study constructs the mechanism model of Job Characteristics on Knowledge Sharing on the basis of literature review. Through the questionnaire survey and data analysis, the research conclusion as follows:(1) Job characteristics has a positive influence on knowledge sharing (2) Job characteristics has a positive influence on psychological empowerment (3) Psychological empowerment has a positive influence on knowledge sharing (4) Psychological empowerment mediates the relationship of job characteristics and knowledge sharing (5) Chaxu climate moderates the influence of psychological empowerment on knowledge sharing (6) Chaxu climate moderates the effect of job characteristics between psychological empowerment and knowledge sharing. To further illustrates the application of the model in practice, we take shenyang vanke for example, analyze the process of knowledge sharing through the post composite and the construction of fair, transparent, mutual trust,cooperation culture.This study confirmed that the function and mechanism of "motivation factors" (job characteristics, psychological empowerment) and "hygiene factors" (chaxu climate) to knowledge sharing, we hope it can be good for the theoretical research and enterprise practice in the future.
