Since 1980s, government revolution in center of "New Public Management" prompts the Public Service Center’s model and philosophy developing in many countries all over the world. At the same time, the rapid development of information technology and the promotion of e-government makes the Public Service Center can be achieved. The Public Service Center system lies in a safe and effective information exchange and sharing platform and only the establishment of a safe, reliable and effective information system platform, the system can provide a full range of efficient and effective service. Therefore, the center as a special management information system needs to be audited like other state-owned resources to ensure the correctness, reliability, effectiveness and safety of the system. Information Systems Audit as a new audit model not only to identify and eliminate the loopholes and problems of the system itself, but also carry out a series of comprehensive examination, evaluation of systems internal control process. And it has great significance in avoiding audit risk, improving audit quality and expanding audit scope.SZ Public Service Center Information Systems Audit typical as case, the paper summed up the experience which worth promoting and to find the way to further development of China’s Public Service Center based on the practical analysis of the case’s operation, plight and innovative. In the main part, the paper combined the government information systems audit project’s goal, content, procedures and methods, audit the SZ public service center information system’s security, reliability, and efficiency and effectiveness through the analysis of system structure, the test software functionality and validate business data, based on the analysis of the current situation of the information construction on the SZ public service center. And for the audit results, the paper discusses emphatically the SZ public service center information system typical problems in the actual operation of the process, and problems causes. And at last, the paper proposes countermeasures to solve these problems.
