Research On Rural Public Information Service From The Perspective Of Public Demands

The national "13th Five-Year plan" put forward the idea of developing social progress with information.Public information service plays a very important role in the information construction of the country.It is an open service for the public.Our country's rural population is so large.If we neglect the development of rural areas,that is contrary to the purpose of building a well-off society in an all-round way.In the development of rural,public information service plays a crucial role.However,in the past,relevant departments of the state did not pay much attention to the rural demand in the field of public information services,so the current infrastructure of public information services in rural areas lags behind cities,and the single supply of information supply lags behind the diversified demands of rural areas.While the government has begun to pay attention to the public service of the countryside,because of the history of the past,more rural people are not aware of the role of information services.Because of rural public information service facilities of the old? the lack of sensitivity information,the development of rural public information service is facing great challenge.On the basis of the investigation of public information service in rural areas of Nanchang,from the perspective of public demands,finds that farmers' satisfaction and recognition of current service status are not high,which is a major challenge to the development of rural public information service and the motive force for positive improvement in rural areas.At present,there are problems in public information services in rural areas of Nanchang: firstly,the supply of rural public information is not matched with the needs of farmers;secondly,the interaction mechanism of rural public information service demand is not sound;thirdly,the public information acquisition media is backward in rural areas;finally,the information literacy of farmers is not high.The solutions are as follows: one is demand oriented supply side innovation;two is to improve and construct the demand expression mechanism;the three is to promote farmers to diversify public information channels;the four is to strengthen basic education to improve the information literacy of farmers.This article focuses on the introduction of the concept of service and communication from the perspective of public demand,broadening the research field and vision,and opening up another way to improve the current situation of rural public information service.
