Since the reform and opening up, China’s market economy, showing a rapid development momentum, the network transaction with getting like a raging fire. So, with the right competitive strategy of enterprises is undoubtedly the key problem of express enterprises really rise in express delivery industry.This article deeply analyzes the competition strategy question, in the Internet under the thinking of new terminal logistics company--KT company first, starting from the basic theory of competitive strategy, to the overall situation of KT company’s internal and external environment including the specific research, and according to KT company’s environmental analysis method using SWOT matrix analysis of development strategic alternatives strategy for the company, using the QSPM matrix analysis method to determine the final difference stratagem policy as a solution of competition strategy for KT enterprise.
