The Study On The Model Of Capital Operating Of LS Group

As China’s economic growth is slowing and with the development of the economic globalization, Chinese enterprises are facing an unprecedented fierce competition. Chinese companies need to be bigger and stronger. Listed companies should play a leading role with a positive attitude in order to break through the bottleneck. Reasonable capital operation is helpful for enterprises to enhance core competitiveness and scale advantage into full play. Listed companies in China are more and more important as the subject of capital operation, but through more than ten years of capital operation practice, very few enterprises can gain great success in capital operation. If listed companies don’t clarify the internal and external environment, and solve the problems occurred during the development of company, it will be lost in the plight of capital operation. How can listed companies step out of the dilemmas of capital operation? One effective way is:seeking for strategic support. Capital operation strategy can reduce short-term and utilitarian of company decision. Through scientific and effective method to choose the appropriate capital operation strategy, we can reduce the blindness of decision-making.This article chooses the LS group as a typical case. Based on comparison of various strategic evaluation methods, we use QSPM matrix evaluation method and add DHGF comprehensive algorithm according to the characteristics of capital operation strategy, we propose a proper capital operation strategy evaluation method and use it to evaluate the LS group capital operation strategy for the further development of LS group. We hope we can provide a useful western enterprise capital operation, combined with the classic cases of Hisense and Vanke’s, this paper summarizes the applicable conditions and influence of capital operation strategy evaluation method for all companies that are expanding capital operation mode and it may be helpful for Chinese enterprises’ capital operation to be more standardized, more scientific.
