The arrival of knowledge economy makes human became the key factor of promoting the development of productivity, so the human resource has become the key factor in the development of enterprise core competitiveness. Campus recruitment is one of the ways to build up talent echelon, enterprises can not only reserve talented person, also can show the image of enterprise. The primary purpose of this study is based on the practice of the baiyun airport campus recruitment, analysis about the present situation of baiyun airport campus recruitment, and puts forward corresponding opinions and Suggestions.
