Campus recruitment is widely recognized and applied as an important way to select talents,so it is worth thinking about how to make campus recruitment more efficient and quality.Z pharmaceutical company is currently in the rapid development period and needs more excellent talents to expand the enterprise scale.Z pharmaceutical company development present situation,the author of this paper and detailed elaborated present situation of campus recruitment,campus recruitment is put forward that exist in the recruitment job description is not updated in time,recruitment position is not clear,publicity is not in place,CV screening inefficient,written examination and interview methods are too simple,and some problems on the career management,combined with the enterprise internal and external environmental analysis,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,such as improve the system of recruitment manual,adopt the method of efficient screening resume,set up campus recruitment evaluation system,perfecting the career management,and establish campus recruitment management system running on safeguard measures and so on,the purpose is through the improvement of the campus recruitment management system to recruit more high-quality talent for enterprise development,so as to realize the development strategy of the enterprise.
