With China's accession to the WTO, increasing degree of internationalization, Chinese Enterprises entered the broad participation in international competition, multinational companies face strong competition. The competitiveness of enterprises is no longer limited to marketing, business management, technology research and innovation, strategic decision-making in such areas as corporate culture and operating style has become a key factor in the future of enterprise competition. In order to effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, most enterprises begin to organizational change and innovation, change and innovation also brought a culture of recycling issues. Culture and recycling is a part of business transformation, but also the transformation of enterprises in a way and means. It is an important topic that how to rebuild the corporate culture, how to remodel and refine the adaptability of corporate culture in the integration of resources and enhance the organizational values when the internationalization of transformational on China's private enterprises that are for the need to carry out the international transformation especially in some high-tech private enterprises which are listed in overseas market. C company, which I work for is the target in this paper. The research of culture reengineering of international strategic transformation corporate will be based on this target.This paper briefly describes the corporate culture and corporate culture and other related recycling-based theory; second paper on the C's internal and external environment of a brief analysis, through data collection, questionnaires, training and exchange, in-depth interviews and other methods focus on analysis of C company's current business cultural status quo, focusing on how to achieve the company's new focus on strategic goals to re-extract C Corporate Culture and the construction of enterprise culture system.
