The Research On Risk Identification And Risk Aversion In Gree System Integration Project

With the rapid development of computer, network and communication technology, projects of Information system integration are also getting more and more complex, which have changed from simply software or hardware engineering to the integration including software system, hardware equipment and even network, mobile module, the risks of the projects are also greater. This paper will study risk identification and risk aversion in the projects of information system integration.This paper first analyzes the research situation both domestic and abroad of risk identification and aversion, discusses the concepts and theory about project management and risk management of project of information system integration. Then Combined with the characteristics the project, the paper discusses the possible problems to risk identification and risk aversion in the project. On these bases, this paper, combining with the project case and analyzing with the technique and method of risk management, identifies the major risks, as well as the cause of them and the implied problems. From both project level and company level, it proposed the methods and measures of risk aversion, and achieved the results as below:identifying the risks which may exist in the project and pointing out the causes and threats of these risks; sums up the avoiding measures to the possible risks of the project of information system integration.The measures of identifying and avoiding risks in the projects of information system integration can be referenced by other projects as well.
