Research On The Risk Management Of Logistics Informatization Project In Oujia

The demand for information in the logistics industry is more and more urgent with the development of the information age,it also obviously to improve the efficiency of logistics industry.The implementation of logistics informatization project is imminent with the increasingly heavy business volume and more and more diversified business requirements of Oujia.In order to ensure the logistics informatization project can be successfully completed,we must manage and control the risks in the implementation of the information project so that the project can be completed.Firstly,logistics information project of the Oujia company were introduced,no matter the internal needs of the business or the information needs of whole company angle,the logistics department information must be on-line as soon as possible.The control project of individual risk and the overall risk is the key to ensure the whole project meets the requirements.Then,the implementation of project are described,the implementation of different information needs and different stages of the project carried out a detailed description of the overall planning.Based on that,identification method of the risk is the combination of expert evaluation method and SWOT method,this method can be as complete as possible to confirm the risk.Then after the risk identification of the company's logistics information project Oujia project assessment of qualitative and quantitative work,get a more scientific and reasonable evaluation results of project risk management.The risk of project to be identify and evaluated based on the size of the management and control of the risks at a minimum to ensure the success of the whole project.The basic principles of risk management and control of project,according to the results of risk assessment,is adopted.Finally,from a global perspective for risk management and control of Oujia to ensure that risk management can be implemented.Through the research of this paper,the following conclusions are obtained for the project risk control:(1)The expert judgment method and SWOT method for logistics informatization project risk,from Oujia demand risk,management risk,technology risk and external risk in four dimensions,were identified(2)Using expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process to identify the risk from qualitatively and quantitatively,the demand of logistics informatization project risk is the biggest risk of Oujia,management risk is secondary risk,uncertain demanding is the most important factor.(3)According to the logistics information of the company by the quantitative analysis,targeted to adopt mitigation,avoidance and other measures for risk control so that we can strive to control the risk within the scope of the project and ensure the smooth progress of the project.In the process of implementation,adopting the project approval system,review system and performance appraisal system to ensure the implementation of the project.
