Research Of The Development Of Private Economy Since The Reform And Opening UP

Since 30 years of reform and opening up, the private economy, which supported of the all social circles, has become an important part of the socialist market economy. Private economy relying on the party and the government’s policy support, has proved its existence value to the community and made great contribution to our country the national economy though their own efforts and constantly improving its competitiveness. According to the data of the National Association of industry and Commerce,the contribution of private economy to GDP of China in 2013 is more than 60%, which aroused wide attention of whole society once again. With the deepening of reform, the private economy’s development process also exposed a series of problem, which come from external part and the private economy itself. Even today, the unclear and unitary structure and poor liquidity of property rights still has not obtained a very good solution. These problems puzzled the private economy since it was born. Discrimination phenomenon still exists in the private economy due to the inherent thinking, which leads to strong resistance in entering the market. Glass door and swing door is widespread, which hinder the development of the private economy seriously. After entering the market, the difficulty of financing also makes private enterprises, especially the small and medium private enterprises, unable to carry out the expansion of production and keep reform. The private economy also has a great shortage in the enterprise management, enterprise culture, employing mechanism, technology innovation and corporate responsibility, faced with that, the private economy has been encouraged, supported, guided by the government in the policies. But the deviation in the policy implementation will inevitably caused many problems, therefore the private economy must analyze the difficulties existing in the process for the future healthy and sustainable development. In the end, the reasonable countermeasures and suggestions would solve these problems.The first part of this paper, through the carding of the concept, type, development process and development mode of the private economy,enable people to have a correct understanding of private economy.Second part of the paper clarifies the achievement and place of private economy and makes people see the outstanding contribution of private economy to our country by the related data in 30 years, which proves an intuitive and clear understanding of its position in our national economy.The third part analyzes the problems existing in the process of the development of the private economy, through analysis of the aspects of the external environment and the private economy itself. In this part, which holds the very great proportion, the problems of private economy in the current society have obtained descriptions in the detail.In the fourth part, I put forward a series of policies and proposals, including the aspects of improving the system environment for the development of private economy and private economy’s self-reform, according to the specific problems.
