Since 2010, agricultural products online direct sales model appeared in succession in Beijing, Shanghai and so on, which makes fruit and vegetable products’circulation mode become from "agriculture-supermarket jointing" model into "farmhouse docking" model. This online direct sales model brings great convenience for urban residents, improves the safety of the food supply chain, and at the same time, it can contribute to achieve the agricultural products process monitoring and quality tracing. To enterprises which sells fruit and vegetable products online, production and distribution processing is key link operation of fruit and vegetable products in online direct sales model. In order to let customers eat day-picking fresh fruits and vegetables every day, enterprises pick fruits and vegetables in vegetable base after the order deadline, and then through packaging and sorting operations, fruits and vegetables are sent to customers. This process requires processing and distribution center deal with a large number of individual orders in a very short time, and each order need to go through vegetable picking step, standard sales unit packaging step and order picking process. A large number of personalized orders makes this process very complex to be organized and scheduled.Standard sales unit packaging is key link of fruits and vegetables circulation. Because of fruits and vegetables having different varieties and shapes, enterprises can’t achieve automatic packaging processing within a short time, instead enterprises have to use manual packaging operations to complete standard sales unit packaging processing. Instability of artificial processing efficiency and randomness of processing time also add the complexity of the problem.To solve this problem, in this paper, the main research work is as follows:(1) the paper analysis the characteristics of packaging operation problem for standard sales unit of fruit and vegetable products under online direct sale mode (large scale, variety of goods, orders personalized, multi-periodicity of production and distribution, etc.), and based on the above characteristics the paper determine the operation mode of fruit and vegetable products online sales packaging processing, which is based on batch assembly line production, just in time production and cyclic scheduling.(2) We abstract the problem above into production scheduling problem. And then a 0-1 integer programming model is established to describe the problem. (3) According to the characteristics of the model, we design an improved simulated annealing algorithm to solve the model. We improve the algorithm in two aspects:initial solution generation and neighborhood solutions exchange strategy, finally through a practical example, the validity of model and algorithm is verified.Through numerical experiment, the cyclic scheduling method proposed in this paper is proved to be better than non-cyclic scheduling method. This mainly embodies in lower production costs. In this paper, the cyclic method proposed contribute to enrich production scheduling problem relevance theory; and in practice aspect, the method can provide theoretical guidance for fruit and vegetable products packaging processing operation, so that the enterprises can effectively connect packaging processing and order picking processing, shorten the time of packing and ensure freshness of fruits and vegetables.
