With the continuous development of economic globalization,the competition among enterprises in various countries is intensifying.In order to seek competitive advantage,every enterprise is looking for various ways to reduce production cost and further improve production efficiency.Although the traditional assembly line has a great advantage in the mass production of few varieties,it is powerless in the mass production of many varieties.So,a new production type of the seru is emerging,and is gradually replacing the traditional assembly line mode.The production mode of the seru has the advantages of high flexibility,high production efficiency,low inventory of products in process,low investment in production line establishment,people-oriented,emphasis on collaboration and low cost.But most studies focus on the level of theory and method,or are based on the stable and invariable production environment and many assumptions.Many research results and conclusions are no longer fully applicable in the face of changeable production environment.In this paper,the transformation process of the assembly line to the seru is the research object.By consulting and reading domestic and foreign literature,the mixed integer nonlinear mathematical model is constructed with cell construction and worker assignment as the final decision variables and the completion time of order as the target variables.In order to avoid the disadvantages of non-linear problems such as difficulty in obtaining the global optimal solution and complicated solution process and the inability to randomize in Aimms and other classical optimization software,a simplified mixed integer linear programming model is obtained by linearization,and the stochastic model is further constructed under uncertain scenarios and random orders,and finally solved.The obtained method of cell construction and worker assignment can be optimized for random product orders in uncertain environment.Compared with the production mode of the assembly line,it can not only shorten the production completion time of each order,but also reduce the amount of labor,so as to reduce the production cost and have more competitive advantages.Firstly,making some theoretical assumptions according to the conversion process of the assembly line to the seru,setting and defining some parameters and variables,clearing the objectives to be optimized and some constraints to be abided,the corresponding mixed integer nonlinear programming model is constructed and then transformed into a linear model,and different random scenes and orders are set.Based on this,a stochastic mathematical model is constructed.Then,introducing how to solve the mixed integer model and stochastic model efficiently by using the unique module and method of Aimms software,and inputs correlation sets,parameters,variables and constraints,constructing mathematical programming,and then to solve.In order to ensure the accuracy of the results,multiple experiments are carried out to observe and verify whether different random distributions have an impact on the outcome of decision variables.In addition,the decision results of Aimms will be further simulated in a more realistic production environment to verify the optimization of the model results.Lastly,to make further tested and explored based on the results of the solution,the effect of product type and the mean value of batch size on the optimal value of the target variable was studied through multiple experiments,and the relationship between the solution time and convergence of the model was also studied.Some conclusions can be drawn initially,and further in-depth comparison and analysis are performed accordingly.The advantages and disadvantages of using Aimms software to solve the mixed integer linear model and stochastic model are found by analyzing and comparing,some suggestions on cell construction and worker assignment in the process of transition from the assembly line to the seru are put forward.The research in this paper solves the problem of cell construction in the transformation process of the assembly line to the seru in a random environment,finds the optimal scheme of cell construction and worker assignment and product scheduling,it is proved that the transformation from the assembly line to the seru also has great room for improvement even in a random environment.This has very important practical significance.
