The twenty-first Century is the era of information and knowledge, it is the era of competition for talent. With the improvement of life, the development of the catering industry has make a spurt of progress. However, the personnel management is also facing many challenges, the staff turnover rate increasing, staff cohesion and the integrity of the reduced, greatly threaten the development of catering enterprises. At the same time, labor costs, raw material costs and increase the rental housing led to the emergence of problems emerge in an endless stream food industry:Food and beverage industry, such as low quality of employees in catering management method is backward and the food industry experience and so on, these problems of different degrees of damage many catering enterprises reputation, also restricts the development of many catering enterprises.Using the method of case study, analysis of the D food limited company existing staff and staff turnover situation, starting from the industry and business reasons why and the problems existing, based on reviewing the course of development of the D food limited company, combined with the characteristics of food and beverage industry, using the related theory on the deep analysis of D restaurant company staff turnover. Find out in the end that is closely related to human resource management of D Food Co. Ltd. the main reason for the high rate of employee turnover with itself is not perfect and the industry itself, and then draw the D Food Co. Ltd. because of the pay and benefits are not balanced, the training system is not uniform and the enterprise incentive system is not perfect and cause problems D Food Co. Ltd. and middle level employees management the loss of staff etc.At the end of this paper, based on human resources management and related theory of practice oriented, D Food Co. Ltd. and other catering enterprises encountered a similar situation, must establish the remuneration system unified balanced training system, and improve the incentive system to improve employee loyalty, promote enterprises to develpo toward a better direction.
