| With the rapid development of catering industry,with more attention paid to the management system,from the aspects of management,people began to found that the development of modern catering industry increasingly under the influence of enterprise personnel is more,now gradually shifted to the development of enterprise staff management.But from the point of the current development of catering industry,is difficult to control and management system is the personnel management,personnel management is related to the survival of enterprises.For research and development of staff incentive system,many scholars have carried out extensive research in China,had discussed for employees incentive mechanism problem,and consistent thought,the development of catering enterprises,must want to rely on staff to support,therefore must establish an effective incentive system,as motivating factors of employees daily work,as a standard of employees work every day,and improve enterprise overall quality of employees by effective means.For the human resource management of catering enterprises,is a part of the most difficult to manage,because staff liquidity is very big,is a frequent phenomenon of current employees.Domestic scholar’s study was mostly based on some theoretical studies abroad.It has no much progress and innovation on the study of its place.In this paper,the catering company L as the main object of study,to develop a research plan,aimed at L catering company grass-roots staff incentive schemes research route,in the introduction,the theory elaboration,literature research at home and abroad,the present situation analysis,put forward problems,case analysis,the case puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions proposed in this paper,write the conclusion of research course,to be discussed.Through the study found that L catering company grass-roots staff management system is chaotic,without a unified management system,the lack of organization structure,lack of effective incentive mechanism and employee moral quality problem such as larger problems.Relative to foreign theoretical research,L catering company of development of grass-roots staff incentive mechanism is unreasonable,completely out of the development of the market,is very unfavorable to the development of the catering company L,in the face of such situation,the author according to own experience and knowledge,grass-roots staff incentive mechanism of L catering company done intensive research,find out the key problems,implement the next battle plan.Are presented in the paper L catering company belongs to the basic content of modern information management assessment,establish incentive mechanism is an important link in enterprise development. |
