Food Safety Research By Multiple Governance Theory

Food safety concerns to each family and vital interests of each person. It’s an important livelihood issues. In recent years, because our food safety problems occur frequently, people think that food safety issues are more and more important. The conflict between the increasing public demand for food safety and the insufficient supply of food safety from the government is more serious. Shandong Province is the largest province of food production and consumption, many food index is in the first of the country. Good food safety work in Shandong is important for the country.This article through literature research, comparative study, questionnaire, drawing on the Multiple governance theory, study the problems of food safety, control measures and suggestions. This article has a strong practical significance.This paper consists of 5 chapters. Chapter 1 describes the background and significance, research status at home and abroad, research ideas and methods, the innovation and inadequate. Chapter 2 analyses the theoretical basis of multiple governance of food safety. By defining the concept of food safety, analysis of multiple governance theory, studies of the adaptability and architecture of multiple governance theory for food safety. Chapter 3 based on the actual of Shandong Province, analyses of the main problems in Shandong Province and the reasons for the existence of food safety, which from the perspective of agricultural cultivation and farming, food production, the work of regulatory authorities, media coverage and popularize knowledge of food safety.
