On Preferential Agricultural Policies And Rule Of Law Integration Requirements

Preferential agricultural and rule of law involve a wide range of miscellaneous content, and requirements of preferential agricultural policies and rule of law integration are scattered and vague, so clear solutions to (?)ferential agricultural policies and rule of law integration requirements are important, practical and significant. This thesis comprises three parts to elaborate on preferential agricultural policies and rule of law integration requirements.Part I:This part is to introduce the meaning, the characteristics and the necessity of preferential agricultural policies and rule of law integration requirements. Preferential agricultural policies and rule of law integration general requirements elaborate on how to make farmers wealthy, how to make rural area prosperous and how to make agriculture developed.3. Preferential agricultural policies and rule of law integration special requirements elaborate on how to support disadvantaged farmers, how to help disabled farmers, how to rescue disaster farmers and how to guide wealthy farmers.4. Principle requirements of preferential agricultural policies and rule of law integration are essential requirements and the norms for treating and dealing with preferential agricultural policies and rule of law integration. General requirements of preferential agricultural policies and rule of law integration are universal requirements, but special requirements of preferential agricultural policies and rule of law integration are individual requirements. Objective requirements of preferential agricultural policies and rule of law integration are the achievements, the goal and the direction for preferential agricultural policies and rule of law integration.
