Analysing the current developing and research situation of Yimeng mount scenic in Shandong province, this paper finds that these’s no research in tourism attraction of Yimeng mount scenic in Shandong province. At the same time, the rapid development causes series of problems, such as the lack of local characteristics in buildings, resources explored not enough, not perfect scenic layout, not high accessibility, Real reputation below potential reputation. In order to develop sustainably in Yimeng mount scenic and rich its theoretical research, I determine to research the tourism attraction of Yimeng mount scenic in Shandong province.After reviewing its related literature and stating its related theories, firstly, I choose the influencing factors with PCA. And I find out that commuting distance is included in accessibility. And during the survey, I find that the reputation is more important than the popularity for scenic to develop and the reputation can draw more attention too. But it doesn’t mean popularity is not important. Instead,the scenic cann’t develop well without it. On this basis, I change Luo Mingyi’s tourism attraction model to a new one. It use reputation as a secondary indicator instead of popularity, which is included in reputation as a level 3 factor. Commuting distance is incorporated into accessibility. Based on this model, I calculate and analyse the tourism attraction from real and potential aspects. Finally,the potential tourism attraction index of Timeng mount scenic is 158.11 while the real tourism attraction index is 111.16. This shows that Yimeng mount scenic in Shandong province is the secondary scenic. Meanwhile, We find their large difference. It means Yimeng mount scenic in Shandong province can develop widely.Now, the tourism resources of yimeng mount in Shandong province are not enough unique. The popularity is not high.The compactness is little. And the infrastructure is not perfect. Aimed at these problems in Yimeng mount scenic in Shandong province, some targeted measures are put forward here as follows:Tourism resources should be excavated according to the market. The scenic should develop new products and new projects constantly to promote its tourism resources’ quality. It ought to enlarge the publicity to improve its popularity as well as its reputation, harmonize the distribution structure and improve the traffic to promote accessibility attraction. At last, infrastructure construction also needs strengthening.
