For various historical reasons, China’s refined oil market is facing serious problems, especially in the refined oil logistics. Under this background, S company as a subsidiary of PetroChina’s refined oil distribution system which is also there are a lot of problems, mainly reflected in these areas:rail or road all the way sales and distribution business use is not perfect, refined oil logistics institutional system setup and distribution center location is unreasonable, the information can not be shared, transportation and other issues can not be optimized. In particular, the increase in the cost of long-distance transportation of refined oil logistics and transport. Meanwhile, in the logistics process, due to the unreasonable distribution program and did not make good use of their own advantages, there is a problem does not make good use of existing conditions, increased transportation costs and waste capacity, increased transport time and so on. Thus, to achieve management research firm S refined oil distribution system has very important significance. Faced with S company refined oil distribution system problems is an urgent need to study its existing distribution system, providing an important reference value for the company to improve or optimize the S refined oil distribution system.This paper intends to adopt a literature survey and reviewed examples demonstrate other methods of refined oil distribution system is studied, and S refined oil distribution company and the current status of the status quo storage facilities management conducted a detailed investigation and research. S The company also found that the presence of refined oil distribution system on a lot of problems, mainly reflected in: restricting the development of the management system, it is difficult to achieve global optimization; logistics nodes irrational, compression logistics costs are subject to greater constraints; refined oil storage facility behind with the growing scale of operation does not match; secondary logistics lack of reasonable economic flow layout; refined oil logistics low degree of information; logistics talent shortage. This same time, access to a wealth of information on foreign oil refined oil logistics and distribution system, and summarized the experience of foreign countries on the basis of the success, combined with S Corporation status quo distribution of refined oil products as well as its existing problems, made some improvements for the S company refined oil distribution system management.This article is from the perspective of modern logistics and distribution requirements of refined oil products were analyzed on a combination of modern advanced logistics management concepts, to provide some reasonable suggestions to improve China’s refined oil logistics and distribution systems, and the integration of existing resources and facilities for our finished products provide a favorable reference value in the field of logistics and distribution of oil well development.
