Research On The Optimization For Secondary Logistics Distribution Of Refined Oil Of Sinopec Jingdezhen Branch

Petroleum is scarce resources, the opening of refined oil market of China makes the market competition increasingly intensive, added the increasingly service requirements of consumers, now the state-owned refined oil sales enterprises are facing tremendously pressures. How to deal with this challenge has become the petroleum enterprise urgent task. As is well known, cost is an important factor to decide the competitiveness of enterprises, price is the main means to attract consumers, the low price is supported by the low cost, while the refined oil is disposable goods, consumer are sensitive about the price. Therefore, in order to attract consumers and to possess more market share, the cost must be reduced. The optimization of refined oil supply chain logistics system and the reduction of circulation cost is an important component of the reduction of refined oil sales enterprises. The secondary logistics distribution is the last link of supply chain, facing the terminal user directly, is the eventual reflection of enterprise profit. This paper focuses on analysis of the refined oil secondary logistics distribution system of Sinopec Jingdezhen branch, optimizes the whole refined oil distribution system to reduce the cost.Research of this paper mainly according to the following steps:firstly, introduce the present situation of research on the domestic and foreign refined oil distribution; secondly, to introduce the optimization theory related to the secondary logistics distribution of refined oil, such as management of refined oil supply chain, r logistics distribution theory of refined oil, optimization theory of refined oil distribution; thirdly, the present situation and questions of the refined oil secondary logistics distribution and the environment and optimization measures of refined oil in domestic and foreign will be studied; fourthly, the present situation and questions of the refined oil secondary logistics distribution of Sinopec Jingdezhen branch will be analyzed; finally, to design the scheme of the refined oil secondary logistics distribution of Jingdezhen oil branch from all aspects.
