In the knowledge based economy times, innovative is not only the main source of knowledge creation and technical innovative, but the core competence of enterprises to enhance market competitiveness, the main means based on the leading position in the industry. The difference of employees’innovative level between different companies or area is so huge that how to get better innovative ability than other competitors is directly related to the operation objectives. Innovative activity is derived from inner incentive to create by the employees. The motivation is good for establishing an efficient management system and internal incentive mechanism. It is necessary to study the employees’innovative behavior for realizing the vision of enterprise.This article studies the influence mechanism of transformational leadership on Cenozoic knowledge employees’innovative behavior, and verify the mediation of learning orientation, and explore whether transformational leadership can affect the Cenozoic knowledge employees’innovative.Based on national and international scales, the questionnaire takes the consideration of reliability and validity. With the on-the-spot and internet questionnaires collecting. The resources of the 207 questionnaires are mainly from Beijing, Jinan, Qingdao, Weihai and Chengdu.The innovation of this article is study of the Cenozoic knowledge employees, introduces the theory of goals orientation, reveals the functional mechanism of innovative behavior. The result shows that transformational leadership is positively correlated with the Cenozoic knowledge employees’innovative and learning orientation plays a mediation role. In conclusion, leaders can promote the motivation and enthusiasm for innovative so that create good innovative performance with the Visionary Motivation, Individualized Consideration and Charisma.
