Under the influence of "Internet Plus" concept,Innovation is bound to become the economic entities to obtain the source of competitive advantage.As a result, individual’s innovation behavior in the organization has become an important research object of academia in recent years.On the one hand,Leadership style is an important factor that affect employee innovative behavior.As a new positive leadership style,authentic leadership has been shown to directly influence the employee’s innovative behavior,but the research about the mechanism of the relationship between authentic leadership and innovative behavior is not rich or deep enough.On the other hand,this study proposed the possible mediator variable:psychological empowerment, so as to be better understand the relationship between them.Psychological empowerment refers to the degree of employee perception of empowerment from their superiors.More specifically.It forms the intrinsic motivation of employee and it’s also a source of incentives, together to promote employees’ innovative behavior,effectively promote the generation of individual innovative behavior.Therefore, in order to explore the path of how authentic leadership impact on employees’ innovative behavior,this study constructed the theoretical framework between authentic relationship,psychological empowerment and employees’ innovative behavior.We choose a mature scale into a questionnaire, using SPSS22.0 analyzes the data collected and get the following conclusion:(1)Authentic leadership can positively predict employees’ innovative behavior,self-awareness and internal morality play significant roles in the relationship between authentic leadership and employees’ innovative behavior;(2)Authentic leadership can positively predict psychological empowerment,self-awareness and internal morality and balanced processing play significant roles on psychological empowerment;(3)psychological empowerment can partly mediate the relationship between authentic leadership and employees’ innovative behavior.Based on the empirical results,this study puts forward some suggestions for enterprises and their leaders to improve the ability of leaders to promote innovation.
