State China Avoid The "Middle Income Trap"

The survival and development of human society is determined by the material mode of production. With the improvements of all aspects including science, technology, cultural, political, military, the country’s international status can be promoted and the nation will have more discourse power in the international society. However, the development of economy is the basis. After the Second World War, every country explored their own economic development way, and achieved varying degrees of economic growth and smoothly stepped into the ranks of Middle-income countries. But due to the national conditions and the influence of the economic development policy, most countries has fallen into "Middle income trap".Overseeing the worlds’ development process, our country has achieved a great leap from low-income country to middle-income country after more than 30 years of economic growth. However, because of the restriction of system and mechanism, phenomenon of "Middle income trap" appeared in our country. The contradiction in all aspects of political, economic, cultural and other continues is so serious, which means that our country is facing up to risks and challenges of "middle-income trap". President Xi Jinping in Beijing in the APEC economic claimed that "for China,’middle-income trap’ is bound to be the past, and the key is the time and how to develop. " So how to avoid the "Middle income trap" effectively has become an important problem to be solved in the process of economic development for our country.On the basis of the summary of academic research about "the Middle income trap", the paper opens a new path, exploring a series of problems in our country to avoid the "middle-income trap" from Marxist social development theory which is narrated in four parts. In the first part, theoretical basis to avoid the "Middle income trap" in our country,the main contents of Marxist social development theory of the classical Marxist social development theory and its significance to China is expounded and made the analysis to our country to avoid the trap of necessity. The second part focuses on the risk of "Middle-income trap" is analyzed from the aspects of economy, politics, culture, etc and the cause analysis. The third part focuses on the favorable conditions and obstacles to avoid these risks and summarizes the international experiences and lessons for reference. In the last part it is put forward that under the guidance of Marxist theory of social development a series of measures are taken to avoid the "Middle income trap" aiming at discovering the balance point of Chinese economy among reform, development and stability.
