Study On House-for-pension Mode On Legal Horizon

now china’s economic aggregate reaches up to the second place in the world. with the rapid development of economy, a series of social problems in china,especially problems of supporting old people stand out.Old people is of a special group,and support for the old is concerned about livelihood issues. To solve such issues, an old-patterned but newly-innovated policy occurs, which is called house-for-pension. Now the policy is not well-developed and still at a pilot phase with lots of disadvantages. The paper is to go into the realistic condition of the house-for-pension policy, on the basis of china’s national situation, to analyze the potential problems of the policy and to put forward corresponding measures to solve these problems so that theoretical basis can be provided for carrying out the policy thoroughly.
