Study On Current Situations And Countermeasures Of Pension Service Industry In Ningbo Based On PPP Model

As a critical part of modern service industry and domestic service demand,pension industry has drew increasing attention in the past few years.The creation of a full system of pension service industry requires not only economic support,but also reasonable mechanism supplying,with the aim to establish an efficient,equitable and responsibility-well-defined mode of development.As the surprising application of PPP model,the advantage of public-private-co-providing pension service has been taken.In this paper,I mainly aim to investigate the efficient way of PPP application in pension service providing,with focus on socialized pension industry development in Ningbo,based on that a series of policy implications have been made.With a wide survey of relevant researches about pension industry,PPP model,etc.,a deep investigation about the current state of pension industry in Ningbo,a series of open-minded discussion with firms' managers and experts,and a full collection of unique data set,I deeply and creatively suggest a functional way of PPP model about pension industry development in Ningbo,together with some specific policy advices.The main research approach in this paper can be summarized as “theoretical interpretationdemand analysis-situation assessment-problems positioning-policy implication”.Then,with the analysis of theoretical foundation and realistic needs of PPP application in pension industry,I carefully assess the feasibility of PPP development mode of pension industry in Ningbo.Under a SWOT framework,the shortages of pension industry in Ningbo have been investigated.Finally,the policy implications are provided.
