So it brings bigger advantages and feasibility of agricultural leases.Second, the development of financial leasing industry in China is still in its infancy especially in the field of agricultural equipment. so it still faces many problems: lack of Professions Act of lease, uniform industry regulatory standards; few main type of industry, low awareness of financial leasing and desperately short of industry professionals; financial difficulties, the lack of awareness of credit tenant, frequent rent arrears phenomenon and so on.Third, the author suggests countermeasures to regulate agricultural finance lease and promote the rapid development of agricultural mechanization. Firstly, optimizing agricultural finance lease environment, improve relevant laws and industry regulatory system; Secondly, establish industry associations, to encourage agriculture-related financial institutions to carry out agricultural leasing business; Finally, innovatively proposed agricultural supply chain financing leasing model, broaden the financing channels for the company, strengthen the company’s risk management awareness.
