The high degree of popularization of agricultural machinery and the continuous enrichment of agricultural machinery resources are the strong guarantees for China' s agriculture to enter modernization. As a new rural organization, farmers' cooperatives not only actively participate in the governance of rural communities in politics, but also share the resources of agricultural machinery in the economic field. They have played an important role in promoting agricultural industrialization, innovating agricultural production, and operating systems, and have become important. The important force of agricultural development. However, with the continuous deepening of China's agricultural modernization, there are still many problems in the practical use of agricultural machinery. The inefficient use of agricultural machinery, high idleness rate, large purchase cost of agricultural machinery and serious waste have become problems that cannot be ignored in agricultural production services. In order to improve this reality, this article uses the reference to the development of the urban shared economy, and proposes the concept of applying the urban shared model to the development of agricultural machinery through its use of idle resources.Cooperatives will be used as a platform for the sharing of agricultural machinery in its The original resource sharing essentially improves its own mechanism, broadens the channels for resource sharing, strengthens the reuse of idle resources in agricultural production services, increases its use efficiency, and ultimately forms a benign interaction between cooperatives and agricultural machinery sharing. The article summarizes and summarizes the research results of the sharing economy, agricultural machinery cooperatives, and agricultural machinery, sorts out the current status of the development of agricultural machinery cooperatives and the business model of sharing economy, and the similarities and differences between the current urban shared economic model and the cooperative-supported mechanical sharing model.A comparative analysis was conducted to discuss how to embed the urban shared model into rural machinery sharing, how it should be implemented, and how cooperatives should be transformed. The author analyzes the current situation of the development of agricultural machinery cooperatives and uses text analysis methods to study the six piers Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives in Lanzhou New District ofGansu Province, the Yushui Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives in Kushui Town of Yongdeng County,Lanzhou City, and the new power agricultural machinery in Lingtai County of Pingliang City.Field observations and in-depth interviews with cooperatives and Rongxin Agricultural Machinery Cooperative in Caofeng Town,Pingliang City,Pingliang City, collecting a large number of interview materials, using QSR Nvivo11 software to code and abstract the original data layer by layer, and sorting out the core categories of the shared model is “Conflict With resource constraints, the core category of cooperatives is the “operating model efficiency” and sums up the four limiting factors that affect cooperatives to achieve idle resource sharing, indicating that the income of cooperative agricultural machinery must be purchased from the original high cost, and the low-cost idle farm machinery Collect four obstacles that must be crossed.Taking governance theory and stakeholder theory as the starting point, the study finds that in order to realize the sharing of machinery using cooperatives as the carrier, the government, agricultural machinery cooperatives, farmers, and the market must participate in the relevant policies and propose relevant policies to realize the interests of all parties.maximize.
