Among the market competition and the development process, if the enterprises want to obtain sustainable competitive advantage, it must have the core competitive ability in one aspect or some aspects, when faced with the powerful opponents and the variable market changes. With the rapid development of economy and society, the express industry plays a much more important role in the modern service industry. At present, the development of express industry is becoming more and more perfect, the intra industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce. How to obtain the core competitive advantage in the intense competition of express market, is an important factor to all the express enterprises, facing with market changes and future development. What’s more, now the customer demand is becoming diversified and personalized, in the construction of the core competitiveness of enterprises, how to meet the various needs of customers, is the key point in the future development of the express enterprises. Based on the consideration of above problems, in order to study the core competence of express enterprises regard to customer value, this paper carried out the following research.First of all, this paper has done a lot of research about the two driving factors of customer value and the core competitiveness of enterprises, through the review the basis theory, this paper describes the inherent logical relationship between the enterprise core competitiveness and the customer value. Then, in-depth understanding of express enterprises through field interviews, based on literature study, on-the-spot investigation and expert consultation about the selection of the evaluation construction system, which contains 6 first level indexes and 20 secondary level indexes. The evaluation construction system is with regard to the core competitiveness and customer value of express enterprises. And through the use of AHP, the index evaluation system for determining the weights were eventually built, based on customer value delivery enterprise’s core competitiveness evaluation system. Finally, in order to put the evaluation system to practical work, this paper selects two distribution centers of the A express company to make empirical analysis. I issued questionnaires to the two distribution centers of the A express company, and 165 valid questionnaires were collected finally. On the one hand, I made fuzzy evaluation of A express company’s 6 first level indicators by using the fuzzy evaluation method; on the other hand, the evaluation of the first class index results constitute the evaluation on the overall situation of A express company comprehensive evaluation matrix, then the whole comprehensive evaluation. According to the 6 first level indicators and the overall situation of the evaluation results, this article puts forward some corresponding measures to enhance the core competitiveness of A express company, based on the core competitiveness of enterprises regard to customer valueBy now, there is not much research on the study of core competitiveness of express enterprises, there is much less study about the core competitiveness of express enterprises based on the customer value. This paper has conducted the research to study the core competitiveness of express enterprises based on the customer value evaluation system and core competitiveness of express enterprises, and I hope this research can provide the material accumulation in relative fields. Combining the theory of customer value, this paper has a positive theoretical significance, with the overall study of the core competitiveness of express enterprises. In addition, the research of this paper not only provides certain reference to obtain long-term competitiveness and competitive advantage to the express enterprise, but also providing more value-added services to customers, a very good reference to win customer group and more profits, therefore, this paper also has strong practical significance.
