With the development of electronic commerce and the improvement of people's living standard, the demand of enterprise and individual to express service is increasing day by day,which brings great opportunity to the development of express delivery industry in China.2008 so far, China's express delivery market business volume increased at a rate of 25 per cent a year, domestic express enterprises by virtue of its economic and reasonable price advantage and flexible business model in the domestic express delivery market sudden appearance of a new force. At the same time, China's accession to the WTO commitments,and gradually open up the market, foreign express delivery companies in the domestic market share continues to increase. October 1, 2009, the new "postal law" was formally implemented,for the first time defined the legal status of domestic courier companies, but the postal franchise system which involves the development of a number of domestic express delivery companies have brought pressure. How to deal with the foreign express giants challenge, how to deal with the new "postal law" postal franchise terms, how to deal with the domestic express delivery enterprises internal competition, which has become a problem, cannot be avoided in the domestic express delivery companies. This paper is based on the theory of competitiveness, firstly, through the analysis of the domestic express market competition pattern, the development process and current status of the domestic express enterprises,competition leads to the study of China's domestic express delivery companies; then analyzes the domestic express enterprise's internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats; secondly, combined with the basic characteristics of domestic courier companies,the on the analysis of the factors influencing the competitiveness of the domestic express enterprise, in order to build the competitiveness index system of comprehensive evaluation;then using AHP, the evaluation factors influence the relative importance degree, so as to determine the weights of evaluation indexes, construct the competitiveness of the domestic express enterprise fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model; then, empirical analysis to rhyme express as an example for the comprehensive evaluation of the competitiveness of the verification, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and operational department Science.Besides, use SWOT method, give analyze to Yunda Express. Finally, on the results of evaluation and SWOT analysis based on, one is for rhyme delivery competitivenessevaluation results, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions; the second is based on the results of weight distribution of evaluation index, from affecting the competitiveness of domestic express delivery enterprises the most important three aspects put forward suggestions for the development of Chinese domestic express enterprise competitiveness, provide a reference value to the cultivation of domestic express enterprise competitiveness.
