The Research On Value Management Performance Evaluation Of The Whole Process Of Highway Project

In recent years, the development of the highway is very fast. In order to guarantee the implementation of highway project smoothly, the country has given a lot of financial support. However there are many problems in the process of implementing, for example,it is difficult to control investment and money can’t reach the designated position. The overall value of highway project under the influence of these problems will lose out. Value management is not only in terms of macroscopic,it subdivided into the process of construction projects is more important, from the process of working behavior for value management. The problem that how to make the performance evaluation of value management,is must be considered in the highway project in the future.The process of highway project construction including decision-making stage, design stage, bidding stage and project implementation stage. This article embarks from the highway construction processd and study the value of the whole process of management performance evaluation research. The study defines the concept of performance evaluation of value management. In the second chapter the theory of stakeholders is introducted, and then the stages of value management performance evaluation index is formulated in the third chapter. And then the index weight is determined, in this article, using the combination of FAHP and triangle fuzzy number to calculate the weights of indicators overcomes the drawback of blindness expert grading method. The evaluation of the evidence theory is introduced to to establish a quantitative model for performance evaluation, realized in the process of evaluation of uncertainty and fuzzy information processing, and performance management of the model by defining the value recognition framework of fuzzy evaluation, the evaluation of group decision-making information to the same recognition framework, as evidence of independent support index. Using the evidence theory in the mass function and synthetic principle, the various stages of the whole process information is integrated. the credibility of evaluating target allocation can be got in the end.Finally through the instance analysis of H highway project, the validity of the model is verified in this paper. In case analysis, it overcomes the subjective characteristics of expert opinion, valued the whole project of management performance evaluation effective, reflecting the value of the project management in the real situation, it has the very good guidance significance in the value of the project management implementation.
