Research On The Decision-making Of Company D’s Offshore Wind Power Project In Jiangsu Province

Because of the energy crisis and the increasingly serious environmental problems, the development of offshore wind power is an inevitable trend with properly oriented macroeconomic policies and national increasing people’s living standards and requirements. Company D has the right to develop the resources of large offshore wind farm project, but based on the characteristics of the offshore wind power project, company D becomes difficult decision whether to invest offshore wind farm. In the front of this paper, we analyse the opportunities and threats, comparise the advantages and disadvantages facing the company D and analyse the possibility of company D developing offshore wind power projects making use of SWOT model.To further promote the implementation of the project, and deal with weaknesses and threats faced by offshore wind power projects, firstly, we optimize for the offshore wind power project from the perspective of production capacity, construction, revenue, comparise the domestic wind turbine applicable to the project, optimise the construction process and the duration of the project, establish economic evaluation models, and complete quantitative analysis and sensitivity analysis of electricity price range of the offshore wind power project, in order to solve the problem of subjective of impacting the offshore wind power investment decisions. Secondly, we presents suggestions of industrial extension, technological innovation, improve management, etc, for the purpose of dealing with the objective environment, and ensuring the smooth implementation of the project.Jiangsu offshore geology is similar, study of the project has a typical representative of the future development in the area of Jiangsu and Shanghai, so this project serve as a guide.
