This paper concerns some key practical problems based on the study of Fengyang country, We are focus on the effects of rural-urban migration on intergenerational support and the welfare for the ageing parents left behind in rural areas.Changes of family structure resulted from rural-urban migration may affect traditional family norms and in particular old-age support patterns of China’s rural society. Using data from a survey conducted in Fengyang, we examine the raise of financial supports to ageing parents still living in rural hometowns by their son or daughter. The exchange from each other based on the both good, and the old-aged support patterns of traditional family is most popular. Therefore, based on corporate group model, the traditional pattern of old-age support will fit changes of family structure resulted from rural-urban migration on some way. Since the ageing parents can still stay happy when they faced the change fo family structure, we can put the pattern of old-age support based on family is still dominant. Meanwhile, we should take some measures and resourse to shrink the difference between rural-urban old-age support, for everyone of us can share the profit of development.
