Rural commercial insurance market is not only a broad space for development, but also a very good advantage of the policy, rural commercial insurance will be the future development direction of insurance industry.In this paper, author applied theories and methodologies of economics to do some research of farmers willing to pay commercial insurances, and chose a case study place, which is Da Xing farm administrated in Jian San Jiang state-owned farm bureau, learning from research in China and abroad, based on field visits, questionnaires payment methods, obtain information willingness of farmers involved in commercial insurance, definition of the concept of commercial insurance, rural insurance. Before the survey questionnaire designed to understand the basic situation of the research area of Daxing farm; secondly questionnaire issuance in the research process, and the data collection process, understand the status of the development of commercial insurance Daxing farms and farmers insured wishes; and finally the end of investigation after analysis of the data processing, the macro factors and micro factors affecting farmers participate regulate commercial insurance analysis, found in the local commercial insurance problems during implementation. SPSS software findings logistic regression analysis, analysis of factors affecting the willingness of farmers to participate in commercial insurance, the objective of structural factors affecting farmers ’willingness to participate, and the farmers involved in acts of subjective factors are discussed, results affect farmers’ willingness to participate in significant factors, and proposed a series of measures, recommendations, effectively improve the willingness of farmers insured.Development of rural commercial insurance is to protect the life of the peasants, and improve the social aid system and the needs of rural financial service system and potential market development. Today in building a new socialist countryside times, so how to make a better integration of commercial insurance in rural areas, the service "three rural" to play the role of commercial insurance guarantee compensation advantage in the farm area is important. The willingness of farmers to participate in the study of commercial insurance can not only understand the real needs of farmer attitudes and commercial insurance, as well as to serve the rural market for commercial insurance companies to provide a reference.
